​SETTING UP:
  1. Check tires & pump up if necessary
  2. Disconnect battery charger
  3. Set up wheel ramps
  4. Drive bike out of container
  5. Load bike with drinks in cooler 
  6. Load brochures in racks
  7. Ensure credit card machine, speaker, & tablet are fully charged & plug into bike to keep charged
  8. Turn red/green breaker to #1 position (solar charging)
  9. ​Turn on 2 breakers in plastic case
  10. Drive bike to Founder's Hall (PEI) or Salt Yard (NS)
  11. Meet & greet riders (Text or call if they are not there)
  12. Go over safety briefing (Seatbelts, no jumping on & off bike when in motion, not allowed on bike if intoxicated)
  13. Get all riders to sign the NS Liability Waiver Form or PEI Liability Waiver Form either online or on paper
  14. Stamp rider's hands with green or red stamp 
  15. Ask if any rider has a playlist of music they want to play & set them up with the Bluetooth speaker
  16. ​Ask one rider to be "in charge" and keep the group on time at the restaurant stops.

  • Plan route avoiding larger hills
  • Remind passengers to sit safely in their seats
  • Remind passengers to disembark the bike safely, while watching out for traffic
  • Take riders to various restaurants, park safely, remind riders to be back on the bike in 25 min
  • Remind riders of the restaurant specials

FINISHING FOR THE DAY
  1. Drive bike back to container
  2. Remove cooler, put drinks in fridge & icepacks in freezer
  3. Set up wheel ramps
  4. Drive bike into trailer
  5. Charge speaker, credit card machine, & tablet​
  6. Turn off key
  7. Turn off 2 breakers in plastic case 
  8. Turn 3 position switch to #2 position (60v plug in)
  9. Plug in 60V charger
  10. Take inventory of drinks for next tour & top up if necessary
